We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product. Minor variations in colour, size, and appearance may occur.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is only accepted when we send a confirmation email.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer (wholesale accounts only)
• NET 30 payment terms (approved wholesale partners only)

All payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Pricing & VAT

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

• UK Customers: Prices include VAT at the current rate of 20%
• EU Customers: VAT is charged at the applicable rate for your country
• Non-EU International Customers: Prices are displayed exclusive of any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient
• Wholesale Customers: May be eligible for VAT exemption with valid documentation

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices applicable to your order are those displayed at the time of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide from our fulfilment centres in the UK, EU, and US. Estimated delivery times are:

• United Kingdom: 2-4 working days (standard), 1-2 working days (express)
• Europe: 4-7 working days (standard), 2-4 working days (express)
• United States: 5-10 working days (standard), 3-5 working days (express)
• Rest of World: 7-14 working days

Print-on-demand orders require an additional 2-4 working days for production before shipping. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders as displayed at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Print-on-demand and custom-printed products
• Personalised or customised items
• Items marked as final sale
• Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item, to your original payment method.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.

Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale accounts are available to qualifying businesses upon application and approval. By applying for a wholesale account, you confirm that:

• You are a registered business with a valid business registration number
• You intend to purchase products for resale or business use
• All information provided in your application is accurate and complete

Wholesale pricing and terms are confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties. We reserve the right to revoke wholesale privileges at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse of wholesale pricing.

Minimum order quantities apply to wholesale orders. Payment terms, including NET 30 arrangements, are subject to credit approval and may be withdrawn at our discretion.

Print On Demand Services

Our print-on-demand service allows you to create and sell custom-printed products. By using this service, you agree that:

• You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licences, and permissions for any designs, images, or content you submit
• Your designs do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Your designs do not contain illegal, defamatory, obscene, or offensive content
• You will not submit designs that promote hatred, violence, or discrimination

We reserve the right to refuse to print any design at our sole discretion. You are solely responsible for the content of your designs and any legal claims arising from them.

Print-on-demand products are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or do not match the approved design proof.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Master Clothing or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.

The Master Clothing name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Master Clothing. Unauthorised use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
