Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. Express delivery is available for 1-2 working days. International orders to the EU take 5-10 working days, and rest of world deliveries take 7-14 working days. Print-on-demand items require an additional 2-4 days for production before shipping.
How do I create an account?
Creating an account is easy! Simply click the "My Account" link at the top of the page and select "Register". You'll need to provide your email address and create a password. Having an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and checkout faster.
How do I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, please contact us immediately and we'll update the address for you. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. You can update your saved addresses in your account settings for future orders.
How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this on our Order Tracking page to see real-time updates on your delivery. You can also track orders by logging into your account.
Will you keep my credit card information on file?
We do not store your full credit card details. All payments are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment providers (Stripe/PayPal). You may choose to save your card for faster checkout, but this is encrypted and tokenised for your security.
Do you charge VAT or sales tax?
For UK customers, VAT at 20% is included in all displayed prices. For EU customers, VAT is charged at the applicable rate for your country. Orders shipped outside the UK/EU may be subject to local import duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide! During checkout, you'll see if shipping is available to your location along with the delivery costs and estimated timeframes. If your country isn't listed, please contact us and we'll see what we can arrange.
Will my items come in one package?
We try to ship all items together whenever possible. However, if you've ordered print-on-demand items alongside ready-to-ship products, or items from different warehouses, your order may arrive in separate packages. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Print-on-demand and customised items cannot be returned unless faulty. Please contact us to initiate a return.
I received the wrong item
We're sorry if you received the wrong item! Please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the item received. We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent out and organise a free return for the incorrect item.
My order arrived damaged
We take great care in packaging, but occasionally damage can occur during transit. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
Where should I mail my authorised return?
Once you've contacted us to arrange a return, we'll provide you with the correct returns address and a returns authorisation number. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process unauthorised returns.
How do I receive customer support?
You can reach our customer support team via email at Contact@Master-clothing.com or through our Contact Page. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm GMT).
What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away – we may be able to update it before dispatch. If the order has already shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the address. Returned undeliverable packages will be refunded minus shipping costs.
Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order enters production (especially print-on-demand) or has been dispatched, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
