We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and bank transfers for wholesale accounts. For larger wholesale orders, we also offer NET 30 payment terms for approved partners.

For retail customers, there's no minimum order. For wholesale accounts, minimum orders start from just 25 units per style. Print-on-demand orders have no minimums – you can order as little as 1 unit at a time.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once an order enters production (especially print-on-demand orders), we cannot make changes. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Order page by entering your tracking number. Wholesale partners can track all orders through their dashboard.

We ship worldwide! Our primary fulfilment centres are located in the UK, EU, and US, allowing us to offer fast, cost-effective shipping to most destinations. We serve over 50 countries with competitive international shipping rates.

Shipping times depend on your location and chosen service:

• UK: 2-4 business days (standard), 1-2 days (express)
• Europe: 4-7 business days (standard), 2-4 days (express)
• US: 5-10 business days (standard), 3-5 days (express)
• Rest of World: 7-14 business days

Print-on-demand orders add 2-4 days for production before shipping.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on UK orders over £50 and free shipping on wholesale orders over £500. International free shipping thresholds vary by destination. Wholesale partners receive preferential shipping rates on all orders.

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Simply fill out our wholesale application form. We review all applications within 1-2 business days. Once approved, you'll receive login credentials to access wholesale pricing, catalogues, and exclusive partner benefits.

Wholesale partners enjoy significant discounts of 50% or more off retail prices. Discounts scale with order volume – the more you order, the more you save. Partners also get access to exclusive products, priority support, and preferential shipping rates.

Absolutely! We offer sample packs for approved wholesale partners at discounted rates. This allows you to check quality, fit, and colours before committing to larger orders. Contact your account manager to arrange samples.

Yes! We offer white-label and custom branding services including custom neck labels, hang tags, and packaging. Minimum quantities apply for custom branding. Contact us to discuss your branding requirements.

Print on demand (POD) allows you to sell custom-printed apparel without holding inventory. When a customer orders, we print your design on the product and ship directly to them. You only pay for what sells – no upfront investment, no storage costs, no risk.

We use state-of-the-art DTG (Direct to Garment) printing for vibrant, durable prints with unlimited colours. We also offer screen printing for bulk orders and embroidery for a premium finish. The best method depends on your design and quantity.

Orders are automatically routed to the nearest facility for fastest delivery.

Most print-on-demand orders are produced within 2-4 business days. Shipping time is then added based on the destination. Total delivery time from order to doorstep is typically 5-10 business days depending on location.

We accept PNG files with transparent backgrounds for best results. Files should be at least 300 DPI at print size. We also accept PDF, SVG, and AI files. Our team can help optimise your artwork if needed – just reach out!
